MEET ANGELO
MASARIN

Born in the Venetian Province of Treviso, Italy, Angelo Masarin donned his first apron in Milan at the age of seventeen. Chef Masarin’s passion for food stems from his upbringing. He learned from the best – assisting his grandfather in making wine and salumi and picking mountain mushrooms and wild asparagus with his grandmother.
